This is roughly the step-by-step process as a deal is worked:
C&C Custom Paint works out paint details using email with photos, Instant Messenger, US mail, phone, etc. Excellent communication is assured.
If the customer is local to C&C, we can provide services to remove the bike’s metal for paint. Otherwise, the customer removes his parts, boxes them up, and ships them out. UPS Ground (or similar) works well.
C&C receives boxes and emails confirmation to customer.
Emails with photos sent at all points of the process. The customer approves work that is being done before we go on to the next step.

C&C Custom Paint, we use a 10 step prep and paint process:
1. Chemically strip off all old paint
2. Bead blast all metal
3. Epoxy chromate primer all pieces
4. Guide coat and block sand all pieces
5. Epoxy seal all pieces
6. 3-4 coats base color depending on the shade
7. 3-4 urethane clear coat all pieces
o Artwork or decals at this point
8. 600 wet sand all pieces
9. 3-4 urethane clear coats
10. 2000 wet sand and power buff all pieces
